The Yummiest Cheesecake

I was glad when I found a place to enjoy a slice of yummy blueberry cheesecake without spending much. Though it's a favorite, I seldom have it because I haven't tried making it by myself, and it is not always affordable. So we ordered a slice the last time our family went out for dinner. A slice was rich enough to satisfy the cravings of four of us. It's not as good as Secret Recipe's in Malaysia but after some time of not having a cheesecake here in Thailand, I thought it was the yummiest :-)

I wonder how cheesecakes taste in Greece as it is said that the earliest attested mention of a cheesecake is by a Greek physician who wrote a book on the art of making cheesecakes. It's been a popular dessert in Ancient Greece before the Romans adopted it with the conquest of Greece.[Source: Wikipedia]

Nowadays, there are many different varieties of cheesecakes around the world. Baked or unbaked. Sweetened by sugar and flavored or topped by fruits. The presentation differs, too. But however it is done or presented, I would enjoy it all the same!
